Overview

As a Salesforce Developer in PA’s Digital & Data community, you will help modernise the student journey using Salesforce Education Cloud. You’ll work within cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure long-term quality and scalability. You’ll contribute to the university digital shift while collaborating with analysts, architects, and stakeholders. This role offers growth on a technical career track in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Education Cloud to enhance the student lifecycle experience
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools within Salesforce
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware, ensuring data consistency and security
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, applying them to improve solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Key requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Salesforce Platform Administrator certification, Education Cloud Consultant certification desired
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and its ecosystem
  • Proficient with Apex and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
