Quantity Surveyor (Award Winning Main Contractor) | Permanent | Surrey

Overview

In this role you will join a respected main contractor to lead commercial delivery on sizeable Design & Build projects in the Southern region. You will manage cost control and commercial activities from inception to completion on projects around £10m, contributing to education, healthcare, and commercial sectors. The position offers a stable, permanent opportunity with scope to autonomously drive projects and support client partnerships in a growing regional team.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 55,000 – 60,000 + package

Responsibilities

• manage commercial activities on large Design & Build projects from inception to completion
• control costs, procurement, and contractual administration for circa £10m projects
• work autonomously within the commercial team to deliver quality outcomes
• support projects across education, healthcare and commercial sectors
• contribute to client relations and project reporting as part of a regional team

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with a reputable main contractor
• Design & Build project experience
• experience on both new build and refurbishment schemes
• sector experience in Education, Healthcare and Commercial (preferred)
• full UK driving licence
• ability to commute to Surrey (near Woking)
