Overview

As Director of AI/ML Software Engineering in the Enterprise Transformation Hub, you lead high-impact ML initiatives and shape reusable patterns that accelerate AI-enabled solution delivery. You will connect data, models, and systems, ensuring scalable, usable outcomes that align with the bank’s strategic direction. You drive collaboration with internal and external partners and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead complex machine learning initiatives with strategic impact
• Contribute to corporate goals through innovative AI/ML solutions
• Provide organizational leadership and craft proposals to advance the business

• Conduct studies and analyses to support strategic decisions

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
• Significant relevant experience; securities/financial services background a plus
• Strong Python and SQL; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript; Angular beneficial
• Excellent communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; mentoring ability
• Advanced degree in STEM or related field preferred
• Expertise in AI and machine learning software development
