Lead Product Engineer

Overview

As Lead Product Engineer, you will own the direction and delivery of a global financial infrastructure platform built for cross-border payments and settlement. You’ll work closely with the Founder to translate regulatory, customer, and market needs into clear product strategy while staying hands-on with code. You’ll shape architecture and ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and commercially sound. Expect fast iteration, live feedback, and pragmatic use of AI to boost execution speed. This role combines engineering leadership with product instincts in a high-impact, fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own platform direction and architectural decisions
• Translate regulatory, customer, and market requirements into concrete product direction
• Review architecture and contribute hands-on where needed
• Work across blockchain settlement rails, payments infrastructure, and cross-border flows
• Ensure commercial soundness, technical robustness, and operational reliability
• Push features to market quickly and iterate on live feedback
• Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and execution speed
• Collaborate with Founder and cross-functional teams to align product, engineering, and commercial goals

Key requirements

• Engineering background with clear product instincts and commercial awareness
• Experience in blockchain environments, payments infrastructure, or cross-border settlement systems
• Exposure to stablecoins, treasury systems, or financial rails
• Ability to make precise trade-offs between speed, risk, and scalability in financial infrastructure
