Overview
In this role you will manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion within a well-established law firm. You will support clients, agents, lenders and colleagues while ensuring compliant, timely progress and high standards of client care. Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing files (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions)
- Manage each transaction from start to finish with focus on efficiency and client care
- Oversee file progress and ensure timely, professional handling
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to business development by building and maintaining client relationships
Key requirements
- 2+ years of PQE
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures (freehold and leasehold)
- Experience in a CQS-accredited environment or familiarity with conveyancing protocols
- Case management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
