Overview
As an ERP transformation leader within BCG Platinion, you guide large SAP-enabled transformation programmes from strategic framing to value realization. You will work in a cross-functional setting, aligning business value with technology outcomes and driving delivery excellence. The role focuses on sourcing, business case development, and a strategic PMO across complex ERP initiatives. You join a global practice that blends architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation to deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale ERP transformation programmes across multiple workstreams/modules through full delivery lifecycle
- Establish and govern programme governance structures with delivery excellence and risk mitigation
- Shape and realise robust business cases linking technology to business benefits
- Apply SAP Activate and best practices for template, release management and process modelling
- Design and govern end-to-end processes across SAP LoBs (Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire)
- Engage senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making
- Manage sizeable delivery teams across vendors and geographies
Key requirements
- Consulting experience from a Tier 1/2 firm or SI with end-to-end ERP delivery leadership
- Led ERP modules/workstreams end-to-end across full lifecycle
- SAP functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, with cross-module integration understanding
- Strong business case development and value management experience
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional ERP delivery methods
