Overview

In this role you will act as the day-to-day executional lead for the DACH retail markets, with a focus on the German market, under the Senior Manager – EMEA Marketing. You will translate marketing strategy into integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints and manage events and mid-sized programs to support local channel objectives and growth in assets under management. You will collaborate with global marketing to align cross-border activities and ensure timely, data-driven insights. You provide strong partner support and maintain quality, up-to-date sales literature while driving client satisfaction and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Understand markets and products, goals, and investment philosophy; apply marketing strategy across touchpoints
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, web, advertising, collateral) and manage projects from development to execution
  • Oversee sales literature inventory, phasing out obsolete pieces and refreshing with compelling material
  • Collaborate with global Marketing to execute cross-border initiatives and regional needs
  • Support business partners by responding to requests promptly and professionally to build trust and client satisfaction

Key requirements

  • Fluency in German (essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree; 5-6+ years in marketing, sales, or finance (financial services preferred)
  • Demonstrated measurement, data analytics, and insights to influence channel marketing decisions
  • Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving and solutions orientation
  • Organized self-starter able to manage multiple programs and work under pressure
