• drive growth and profitability from a production perspective
• capitalize on an established network and US-focused MGA
• build a portfolio of Fine Art/Specie and Marine lines
• work strategically and operationally to expand market share
• represent an independent, entrepreneurial broker with investor backing

Key requirements

• strong client connections in marine insurance

• experience in producing broking across Marine Hull & Machinery, Marine Cargo, Liability and Fine Art/Specie
