Senior Associate – Real Estate

Overview

In this role you will support a leading real estate team advising on land acquisitions and residential development for housebuilders and developers. You will help run transactions, manage contracts and collaboration agreements, and strengthen client relationships to support national projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to handle complex land and development matters, from site assembly to infrastructure and documentation. Responsibilities

• Act for housebuilders, promoters and developers on residential development matters
• Manage conditional/unconditional contracts, options, affordable housing transactions and overage arrangements
• Handle site assembly, easements, infrastructure agreements and management documentation
• Support complex strategic land, promotion and collaboration agreements
