Programme Manager (Trade)

Overview

In this senior individual-contributor role, you translate strategic direction into trackable delivery across Trade Lifecycle. You shape how cross-functional teams work, define what they build, and ensure initiatives stick. You’ll partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and CRM to rollout and embed systems and processes at scale. You’ll own end-to-end delivery for priority initiatives, driving measurable outcomes and adoption. This is a high-growth environment where you influence transformation and impact the business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Trade Lifecycle initiatives from scoping to review
• Plan and deliver tooling changes across Retention, Credit Control, and Trade Support with stakeholder alignment
• Design and standardise processes to fix inconsistencies and scale
• Own change management: communications, rollout sequencing, training and adoption tracking
• Act as senior cross-functional coordinator between Trade Lifecycle and Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and CRM
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and KPI framework to measure transformation performance

Key requirements

• Depth of experience in programme, operations, or strategy delivery in a high-growth tech or marketplace
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives from design to measurable outcomes
• Strong project management instincts with ability to manage multiple workstreams and manage dependencies
• Experience leading tooling or systems rollouts in an operational environment and managing change
• Proficiency with project management tooling (Jira, Asana, Monday.com or equivalent) and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Sheets/Excel) at an advanced level
