Lead QA Tester (Fully remote in UK )

Overview

As Lead QA Tester, you will own the end-to-end QA process in a fast-growing cyber security technology environment. You will work closely with the Scrum Master, Tech Lead, and product team to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements. The role combines hands-on testing with leadership, mentoring juniors and shaping the test strategy. You’ll identify process improvements and drive quality across releases, in a collaborative, relaxed culture.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and execute test cases; analyze results
• Help implement test strategy
• Lead and mentor juniors
• Perform post-release functional and non-functional testing
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements
• Interface with Product Manager/Scrum Master and development team

Key requirements

• 2+ years as a QA Engineer in an AGILE environment
• Familiarity with Selenium
• Jira experience
• Python highly desirable
• Experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures
