Overview
In this role you lead asset management and transformation programs for asset-intensive clients in energy, utilities and infrastructure. You will shape operating models, advance predictive maintenance, and oversee EAM/CMMS implementations while aligning IT and OT. You’ll manage client relationships, drive commercial and delivery accountability, and mentor teams to scale the asset management practice. This position offers impact in shaping how clients modernize assets and sustain performance.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver asset management transformations from current-state to target operating model
- Drive risk-based and predictive maintenance strategies across the asset lifecycle
- Advise on EAM/CMMS implementations (e.g., IBM Maximo) including requirements, data migration and integrations
- Bridge IT and OT, define governance, data ownership, and support models for critical asset systems
- Plan and shape digital/AI landscape for asset optimization
- Manage day-to-day client relationships with commercial and delivery accountability
- Build and coach high-performing teams and foster an inclusive, People First environment
- Contribute to propositions and client development to grow the asset management practice
Key requirements
- Experience in asset management or asset-intensive operations in energy, utilities, oil and gas, or manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with EAM/CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo (implementation/configuration/product ownership)
- Understanding of how asset systems connect to ERP, SCADA, condition monitoring, data historians, and master data
- Strong OT/IT integration and change governance, including data governance and RACI
- Consulting or transformation larger-programme experience; ability to manage workstreams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills; able to lead workshops with executives
- Awareness of emergent technologies and AI in asset management; willingness to explore AI solutions
- Track record of end-to-end engagement leadership and team growth; asset management credentials welcomed (e.g., IAM, ISO 55000)
