Overview

As a Partner Principal Architect, you drive trusted advisory relationships with priority GSIs in EMEA, shaping multi-year technology bets around Google Cloud. You lead executive discussions with C-level and practice leads, promoting Google Cloud at events and with partners to unlock enterprise-grade solutions. You will define integration strategies and enterprise architectures for complex GSI mega-agreements, co-create scalable assets, and act as the technical gatekeeper for Gemini Enterprise AI funding. Expect significant travel to customer sites and conferences to advance joint plans.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage advisory relationships with priority GSIs in EMEA, engaging their CTOs, lead architects, and practice leads
  • Promote Google Cloud with partners at conferences and online, shaping multi-year technology bets
  • Provide domain expertise on public cloud and enterprise technology; recommend integration strategies, platforms, and application infrastructure for complete solutions
  • Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with GSI partners, collaborating with Google Cloud Platform CEs, PAs, product management, and technical teams to create replicable assets
  • Co-author massive, enterprise-grade assets and oversee technical capability and multi-year bets for the GSI program
  • Serve as the technical gatekeeper for Gemini Enterprise AI funding
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events as required (~50%)

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in cloud market insights and cloud computing across applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, or data
  • Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders
  • Experience with modern AI paradigms, generative AI, and data technologies, including reviewing technical solutions
