As Principal Design Manager you will lead the design function across high-value construction projects in London, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams from pre-construction to post-completion. You will influence clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver compliant, high-quality designs that meet regulatory and sustainability standards. You drive design risk management, performance tracking, and value-driven decisions under pressure. Responsibilities

• Lead the design function across multiple major projects
• Represent design at meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Mentor and supervise multidisciplinary design teams
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, CDM, and BIM requirements
• Monitor KPIs and identify/mitigate design risks
