Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Operations

Overview

As a Senior Manager, you will drive supply chain transformations for top global clients and help shape EY’s advisory approach. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across Consulting, People and Technology to deliver value in operations, planning, procurement and related domains. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to enable transformative change and growth. Responsibilities

• Build and sustain trusted client relationships in supply chain areas such as operations, planning or procurement
• Guide problem-solving and manage projects to successful completion with client teams
• Develop relationships across multiple clients and EY teams to broaden impact while maintaining current project delivery
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and methodologies to showcase leading practices
• Support project delivery, ensure workstreams meet time and budget targets
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering inclusive, high-performing groups
• Balance internal and external responsibilities including business development, operations, and people development

Key requirements

• Experience from a Big 4 or consultancy with practical technical and management expertise
• Industry exposure across Consumer Products & Retail, Energy & Resources, Manufacturing, Health & Life Sciences, or Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment
• Experience in at least one technical area with broader exposure to others
