Overview
In this remote role, you lead global Central Labs studies, acting as the primary client contact and liaising with CROs and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget study delivery. You shape client service quality, manage risks and milestones, and drive continuous process improvements across Labcorp CLS. You collaborate cross-functionally to align client expectations with regulatory and quality standards. This role offers impact at scale, shaping trial execution for a key client account in pharma.

Responsibilities
- Serve as main client contact and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp
- Provide project management oversight focusing on budget, risk, and milestones
- Facilitate efficient communications between client and Labcorp study team
- Review statements of work to ensure correct client-specific implementation
- Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies
- Advocate for the client within Labcorp CLS and across business units
- Document and ensure compliance of customer expectations with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and productivity
- Collaborate with internal/external personnel to understand client culture and pipeline
- Participate in functional meetings (e.g., CLFs) and keep processes updated
- Comply with LCLS Global Project Management strategy
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle conflicting priorities
- Deliver performance metrics and reporting to stakeholders
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO industry
- 5+ years managing complex global clinical projects (budget, risk, timeline, stakeholder management)
- 5+ years client-facing (internal and external) and stakeholder management
- 2+ years Central Labs experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
