Responsibilities
- Produce mechanical designs for water and wastewater facilities, pumping stations and related infrastructure
- Prepare calculations, equipment schedules, specifications and engineering documents
- Support feasibility studies, optioneering and detailed design activities
- Collaborate with Project Managers, multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver solutions
- Assist with technical reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Pursue professional development with guidance from experienced engineers and mentors
Key requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience delivering or supporting mechanical design projects
- Understanding of mechanical systems in water/wastewater infrastructure or related process industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
