Responsibilities
- Advise on structured debt, exchange-traded products, repackagings and credit-linked structures
- Manage transaction workstreams and day-to-day client relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers on complex matters
- Collaborate across Financial Markets, Capital Markets and Financial Regulation teams
- Support business development and contribute to practice growth
- Address regulatory considerations in transaction structuring and execution
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE in a leading structured finance or derivatives practice
- Experience advising investment banks, asset managers or financial institutions
- Strong technical skills for complex transactions
- Excellent drafting, analytical and transaction management capability
- Ability to take ownership of matters and build client relationships
