Senior Delivery Lead

Overview

As a senior leader in Product Development, you’ll steer multi-team Agile delivery of complex software and hardware for cancer care. You’ll partner with PM, Engineering, and Architecture to align roadmaps, manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll ensure regulatory and quality standards are met while delivering on strategic objectives. This role offers the chance to influence life-changing products in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex product releases and programmes across multiple Agile teams
• Align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery objectives with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture
• Drive PI Planning and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt)
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource demands for successful delivery
• Coach teams in Agile ways of working and foster collaboration and continuous improvement
• Provide clear delivery progress reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with product lifecycle processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor delivery performance, budgets, and key metrics across the portfolio

Key requirements

• Significant experience leading complex software, hardware, or product development programmes in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum, with experience facilitating large-scale planning events
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities in a complex technical setting
• Experience delivering products in regulated industries (medical devices, healthcare tech, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
• Relevant Agile, Project Management, or SAFe certifications and a related degree are advantageous
