Overview
In this role you will provide tax advisory support on credit and private equity transactions, working closely with Partners to shape deal structures and ensure tax compliance. You will build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members while staying current on regulations. This position sits in the Deal Advisory Tax team, offering exposure to high-profile domestic and international deals across buy-side, sell-side, restructurings, and financings. You will contribute to delivering seamless advisory services with cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Advise on tax matters for credit and private equity transactions
- Collaborate with clients to ensure tax compliance and optimise deal structures
- Prepare and review tax documentation for transactions
- Work with other departments to deliver integrated advisory services
- Explain tax implications of complex deals and structures
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Stay updated on tax regulations and industry trends
Key requirements
- Strong background in tax advisory, especially in credit and private equity
