Overview
In this role you will lead Technical Services activities within a fast-growing London refurbishment contractor. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape standards, influence delivery, and drive best-in-class solutions across pre-construction, client relationships, and supply chain. You will partner with site teams to ensure smooth handovers and capture lessons learned, delivering high-quality, sustainable projects. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear growth path.

Responsibilities
- Support the pre-construction process including PQQs, tender submissions and contract negotiations
- Manage and develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee supply chain management and onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure effective project delivery, handovers, and lessons learned
Key requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience using Procore project management tools
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Technical Services Management or a similar role
- Strong written, presentation and board-level communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks end-to-end
- Consultative interpersonal approach
- Ability to build long-term relationships across teams
