In this Senior Associate role, you will support a established Investment Funds team in Bristol, handling structuring, launching and managing fund vehicles across private equity, real estate, hedge, and other funds. You’ll work on cross-border matters and collaborate with tax and regulatory colleagues to shape fund structures and investor terms. The position emphasizes high-value, sophisticated fund work for institutional clients, with opportunities to contribute to strategically important projects. Responsibilities
- Structuring, launching and managing fund vehicles
- Advising on fund structures and investor terms
- Negotiating service provider relationships and capital raising
- Supporting on management structures, joint ventures and private wealth structures
- Advising on carried interest, co-investment and participation arrangements
- Collaborating with tax and regulatory colleagues on fund structuring and compliance
- Acting for institutional investors on LP commitments and secondaries
- Supporting corporate real estate and wealth management clients with fund-related transactions
Key requirements
- Strong experience across private funds matters (domestic and international)
- Technical understanding of fund structures, investor terms and regulatory considerations
- Experience advising on fund formation, structuring and investor negotiations
- Confidence managing complex matters and maintaining strong client relationships
- A commercial mindset and collaborative approach
