Overview
In this role you will lead content design for a developing domain at Checkout, guiding early product thinking and shaping clear, usable experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, PMs, researchers and engineers to craft end-to-end journeys and reusable content patterns. Your work will influence product decisions and ways of working across the Design organisation. This is an opportunity to shape content foundations that scale with product evolution.

Responsibilities
- Integrate content design into early product thinking to clarify problems and priorities
- Design and refine end-to-end journeys using research and testing to improve usability
- Create practical guidance, terminology and reusable content patterns for evolving products
- Explain decisions clearly and align cross-functional teams on ways of working within the Design organisation
Key requirements
- Hands-on content design or UX writing experience for digital products
- Experience defining reusable UX content patterns and systems
- Ability to simplify complex or regulated topics in plain language
- Experience clarifying ambiguous or early-stage problems and turning ideas into usable experiences
- Evidence of using research, analytics or testing to inform decisions
- Clear communication and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams using tools like Figma
