Technical Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will coordinate the design process for residential projects and report to the Technical Director. You join a nationally operating house builder, supporting a developing team and adding value through efficient design delivery. You will manage multiple residential projects, solve problems, and apply planning and regulatory knowledge to drive projects forward. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a collaborative, active environment with strong technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design processes for multiple residential projects
• Support and report to the Technical Director
• Manage two or more residential projects simultaneously
• Apply planning process, Building Regulations and NHBC standards in project delivery
• Contribute to a developing team and add value to the business

Key requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience with a residential developer or main contractor
• Delivered residential traditional build projects
• Ability to run 2+ residential projects
• Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills
• Project management capability and high computer literacy
• Good knowledge of Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
