Senior Creative Talent Manager

Overview

As Senior Creative Talent Manager in London, you will recruit European talent for North American roles, partnering with NA hiring managers. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for creative disciplines across levels, from attraction to hire, while evaluating portfolios and coaching candidates on their creative process. You will attend industry events, collaborate with design schools, and host portfolio reviews to build lululemon’s creative teams. Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for creative roles across entry to executive levels
• Identify strong portfolios and coach candidates on presenting their creative process
• Partner with North America hiring managers on proactive talent strategy
• Attend industry events and host portfolio review sessions with design schools and events
• Build and deliver recruiting metrics and reporting for creative hiring

Key requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience hiring creative talent
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and talent analytics
• Knowledge of creative sourcing methods including networking, direct sourcing, and market mapping
• Innovative, strategic thinker with ability to attend external events as a lululemon recruiting expert
