Military Area Manager, Customer Fulfillment

Overview

In this Area Manager role, you will lead a site in Amazon Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality fulfillment. You’ll drive productivity through process improvements, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders. The position focuses on safety culture, operational excellence, and scalable practices across shifts. This is a chance to shape day-to-day operations at scale and mentor new managers in a fast-moving logistics environment.

Key requirements

• Experience managing and developing teams
• Experience with data analysis and presenting data-driven insights
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using large-scale data mining/reporting tools and financial systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in operations management or related field
• Experience leading large teams and hiring/developing high-performing technical staff
