Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cost management services to meet time, budget, and quality expectations while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
- Strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and aligning project outcomes with client objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development within the team.
- Support bids, business development activities, and industry engagement to promote growth and knowledge sharing.
Key requirements
- Experience in cost management within the built environment or construction industry.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field; professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) or commitment to achieve.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership potential and client relationship management capabilities.
