Project Director – Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Strategic project leadership of complex infrastructure schemes with commercial accountability
• Lead large teams including Associate Directors and senior professionals
• Serve as sector lead, service lead, or commission lead to drive best practice
• Strengthen key client relationships and expand presence in infrastructure
• Shape commercial strategies and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery

Key requirements

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management or related field (HNC/HND/Degree)
• Professional membership essential (RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or similar)
• Proven infrastructure project experience with strong leadership and account management
• Knowledge of NEC/JCT contract management and commercial principles
• Ability to develop business and manage client portfolios
• Experience mentoring teams and driving operational success
• Strong understanding of UK infrastructure, energy or transport sectors
