Overview

In this role, you will lead DEI and CSR reporting to drive credible, auditable insights across the organization. You’ll shape reporting frameworks, ensure data quality, and support external disclosures to advance sustainability and inclusion goals. You will manage the Fitch community platform data and coordinate end-to-end impact data collection from charity partners. The position offers cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to streamline, automate, and elevate analytics that inform leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve DEI and CSR reporting frameworks aligned to standards (UN SDGs, GRI)
  • Define standardized KPIs, metrics, and methodologies across the company
  • Ensure data governance, dictionaries, lineage, controls, and audit trails for DEI/CSR datasets
  • Develop an Impact Evaluation Framework with theories of change, baselines, targets, and data collection
  • Oversee external platforms/tools selection, onboarding, and integration for impact measurement
  • Create partner reporting templates, SLAs, and training to improve data quality
  • Lead data visualization and dashboarding efforts for executive and program owners
  • Prepare inputs for external disclosures and assurance-readiness of metrics and narratives
  • Manage day-to-day Fitch community platform relationship, data ingestion, and vendor performance
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and self-service reporting assets

Key requirements

  • Experience in Inclusion/CSR/ESG reporting or related analytics roles
  • Proven ability to produce human capital metrics and internal/external disclosures
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Qlik, Power BI)
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and volunteering platforms (e.g., Benevity)
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and GDPR
  • Knowledge of UN SDGs, GRI, DEI reporting practices; logic models and impact measurement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage complex reporting cycles in fast-paced environments
