Subsidence Technical Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead technical delivery for subsidence claims, guiding Building Consultants and handling complex scenarios to secure positive outcomes for policyholders and clients. You’ll mentor teams, drive quality and audits, and collaborate with leadership to grow capabilities and revenue. The role blends technical mastery with client interactions, shaping how we resolve claims and uphold service excellence. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Building Consultants on individual claims and team initiatives
• Mentor and develop staff, including licensing management and coaching
• Support complaint resolution and conduct audits to ensure quality and accuracy
• Ensure accurate reserving and informed decision-making for revenue targets
• Engage with clients to showcase technical expertise and influence outcomes
• Collaborate with other managers to enhance quality and identify growth opportunities
• Promote professional qualifications and ongoing technical development
• Maintain high service levels and positive customer experience
