Overview
In this role you will support the ENRI corporate team on complex cross-border transactions, including M&A, investments and joint ventures across energy and infrastructure assets. You will collaborate with corporates, funds and financial institutions, gaining international exposure and working on multi-jurisdictional mandates. The position offers significant client contact and an opportunity to develop deep sector expertise in a collaborative, high-quality environment. This role suits a motivated lawyer seeking impactful ENRI work and cross-border experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle cross-border private M&A transactions
- Work on investments and joint ventures across ENRI asset classes
- Provide corporate structuring and transactional support for major infrastructure projects
- Advise global corporates, funds and financial institutions
- Support senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional mandates
- Engage in significant client contact and international workstreams
- Develop sector expertise within ENRI
- Collaborate with a collegiate team of market-leading lawyers
Key requirements
- 1-4 years’ PQE at an international or national firm
- Strong private M&A experience, ideally with ENRI exposure
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, commercial mindset and collaborative approach
- Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working on complex, cross-border matters
