Oracle Functional Analyst Solutions (Oracle HCM)

Overview

In this Oracle-focused role within Deloitte’s HR Transformation team, you’ll translate business needs into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and BI reports to enable HR functions. You’ll work across North England locations with a focus on cloud-based HR solutions and transformation projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready deliverables and support HR digital modernization. Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud and build Oracle Transactional BI reports for the functional area
• Produce client-facing deliverables (process documentation, configuration workbooks, functional specifications)
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain technology applications
• Help clients transform their HR functions through cloud technology solutions

Key requirements

• Experience configuring Oracle applications to meet business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a support function resolving client functional or technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of managing quarterly releases and updates for Oracle HCM
• Eligible to apply for UK Security Check (SC)
