In this role you will advise and manage a varied caseload across procurement and commercial disputes, including High Court litigation and procurement risk work. Responsibilities

  • Advising on contentious procurement matters and high court litigation
  • Managing a varied caseload including regulatory and IT/infrastructure disputes
  • Providing procurement risk management and strategic advisory support
  • Handling judicial review and breach-related disputes
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships and cross-team collaboration
  • Supporting a collegial team culture and maintaining high professional standards

Key requirements

  • 5-8 years PQE in procurement/public/commercial litigation
  • Strong knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023
  • High Court litigation and dispute resolution experience
  • Excellent drafting and legal analysis
  • Confidence supervising junior lawyers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to build client/intermediary relationships
  • Excellent project management and ability to meet deadlines
