Solutions Consultant – Alternatives Data Management (ADM)

Overview

As an ADM Solutions Consultant, you lead onboarding and implementation of Addepar’s Alternatives Data Management (ADM) solution for clients. You drive project management, solution design where needed, and ensure ADM integrates with clients’ existing Addepar setup. You collaborate with Data, Product, Client Management and Sales teams to deliver smooth implementations and measurable client success. This role offers hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment, with a clear impact on clients’ data workflows and decisions. You will be a trusted advisor guiding clients through complex data challenges and expansion of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADM onboarding and implementation projects for clients
• Manage project timelines, scope and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction
• Design solutions and bridge gaps between ADM and existing Addepar setups
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Client Management, Sales) to drive on-time delivery
• Identify process improvements and scalable methodologies as the platform expands
• Maintain proactive, consultative client communications throughout engagements

Key requirements

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, project management and/or consulting
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Project management experience
• Experience with alternative investment data
• Strong work ethic and team contribution
• Independent, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience with the Addepar platform is a plus
