Contracts Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver new build and refurbishment projects for a regional contractor, taking ownership across Shropshire and surrounding areas. You will develop site teams, drive HSE standards, and manage client relationships while working closely with the senior leadership. The position offers performance-based rewards and flexible/hybrid working as you scale responsibility toward a senior leadership path. Responsibilities

• Manage new build and refurbishment projects across Shropshire and surrounding region
• Lead and develop Site Managers, driving HSE standards, programmes and client relationships
• Influence delivery and build strong relationships with senior leadership and clients
• Contribute to programme creation and governance using Microsoft Project
• Oversee delivery across multiple sites with a focus on performance and quality
• Support succession planning and development within the site teams
