Projects Manager – Services

Overview

As a Project Manager in Vertiv’s Services team, you will oversee end-to-end non-contract service enquiries, crafting technical solutions and quotations for customers. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Production, CAD, and Project Delivery to ensure technical alignment, commercial accuracy, and successful delivery. The role offers exposure across EMEA and clear opportunities for progression in a fast-growing service business. You’ll drive cross-functional coordination, solution development, and customer engagement to support service outcomes with impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for service sales, including requirements definition and solution scoping
• Attend pre-sales meetings and site visits as needed
• Develop bills of materials, labour estimates, and quotation documents; ensure technical accuracy before issue
• Collaborate with CAD, Production, and Project Delivery to maintain technical alignment
• Support non-contract project delivery, tracking timelines and margins and escalate issues as required
• Maintain quotation templates, pricing tools, and project tracking systems
• Build strong relationships across departments and stakeholders

Key requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
