In this role you lead a global finance transformation effort, aligning Oracle Fusion Financials ERP across multiple entities. You work within a cross‑functional team to define governance, design, and delivery, ensuring a consistent global standard. You will manage a large programme through budget, milestones, and dependencies while engaging senior stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the global programme team, defining resource needs across entities
• Implement governance, controls, and reporting structures at global and local levels
• Lead global solution design and development to converge finance processes and systems
• Oversee local configuration and implementation across entities to ensure quality and alignment with the global design
• Develop and manage the integrated global programme plan, budget, benefits realisation, and key dependencies
• Partner with Directors in Technology, Finance, Transformation and other functions to deliver change
• Ensure Oracle configuration reflects a genuine global standard while managing cross-entity complexities

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, global technology transformation programmes
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials ERP systems
• Exceptional programme management skills including budget management and problem solving
• Ability to manage global teams and navigate a complex multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience in leading global solution design and development
• Strong governance and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Effective planning and reporting capabilities
