Associate Director, Technology Change Management, Consumer Business – Organisation Workforce Transformation

Overview

In this role you will lead and deliver large-scale change initiatives for Consumer clients, blending change management with technology-enabled transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new operating models and technologies, using data and AI to measure impact. You’ll help shape propositions, contribute to business growth, and mentor teams while advancing Deloitte’s impact-focused culture. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence outcomes across the consumer landscape in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale change management programmes for Consumer clients, including planning and risk oversight
• Drive people-centered change to ensure adoption of new technologies and operating models across the value chain
• Mentor and lead project teams, while delivering impactful results independently when needed
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI to generate insights and measure change effectiveness
• Identify and shape smaller opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to sales opportunities
• Collaborate on very large engagements across bid management, proposal writing, and pitching
• Support growth of the ERI practice through proposition development and thought leadership
• Innovate change management methodologies and share knowledge to strengthen market presence

Key requirements

• Extensive change management experience within technology-enabled transformation programmes
• Strong Consumer sector acumen and understanding of its challenges and regulations
• Proven leadership in delivering complex transformations and managing stakeholders
• Business development capability with proposal and sales involvement
• Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actions
• Technological enthusiasm for AI, data, and digital transformation; familiarity with agile practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels
• Consulting mindset with experience in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
