CX Regional Channel Sales Director

Overview

As Director of Channel Sales for EMEA West & Israel, you will lead and scale a high-performing channel team to drive Avaya’s revenue in key regions. You will partner with distributors, OEMs, and GSIs to align regional plans with global goals and push recurring revenue through value-added services. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to shape the partner ecosystem and market presence. You will operate as an executive sponsor for regional events and cross-border go-to-market initiatives, delivering impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and deploy 10 Channel Account Managers across UK, Ireland, Germany, and Israel
• Guide territory strategies to drive Tier I partners to lead with Avaya solutions
• Direct top-level strategy with GSIs and Alliance partners to align roadmaps with Avaya’s cloud evolution
• Enable partners to transform from hardware sales to high-margin services
• Represent Avaya as executive sponsor for regional channel events, partner QBRs, and cross-functional GTM strategies

Key requirements

• Proven People Manager with experience leading multi-country channel sales teams
• Deep knowledge of UK, Ireland, Germany, and Israel market dynamics and distribution models
• Strategic Channel Architect capable of building regional territory plans and managing quotas
• Executive presence with experience negotiating with C-suite partners in regional networks
