Senior Product Analyst, Regional Expansion, Global Coverage

Overview

In this Senior Analyst role, you will empower Wise’s Global Coverage team to expand currencies and transfer methods with data-led decisions. You’ll partner across product, engineering, and analytics to shape KPI strategy, forecast launches, and drive measurable improvements in cost and ease of use for international money movement. You’ll develop robust data assets and present insights that steer product direction. This is a mission-driven role at scale, enabling money without borders for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs, Engineers, and Analysts to define and refine KPIs for the team
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve KPI performance
• Serve as the analytical lead for product launches, including forecasting and experimentation
• Influence product decisions with robust data insights and present data-driven narratives
• Build and maintain data assets to diagnose issues and understand product impact
• Ensure data assets are accessible and utilized to enhance product and customer insights

Key requirements

• Strong analytical mind and experience in a product-led FinTech/financial environment
• Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools
• Experience collaborating with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts)
• Data-driven experience in complex environments with limited guidance
• Understanding of events data (Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to translate data into narratives
