Residential Senior Site Manager – London

Overview

In this role you will lead a prestigious residential development in London, guiding the site team from start to finish. You will coordinate trades, materials, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality apartments on schedule and within budget, while upholding safety and Build Policy standards. You will mentor junior managers and ensure seamless execution of the construction programme. This is an opportunity to shape a flagship project for a well-regarded residential developer and drive on-site performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Assistant/Site Manager(s) and support their training
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and utilities to meet programme, quality, and cost targets
• Schedule work to achieve production targets and maintain product quality within budget
• Ensure drawings and instructions are followed and site details align with specifications
• Co-ordinate and resolve issues with subcontractors, provide information on additional requirements
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance per company procedures and statutory requirements
• Lead the project operations team to achieve start on site, show-home opening, and completion milestones

Key requirements

• 6–7 years of construction management experience in house-building
• Experience on RC frame developments from start to finish
• Experience overseeing trades, scheduling, material orders, programming, snagging, and liaising with sales
• Ability to coach and develop junior team members
• Strong problem-solving on site
• Self-motivated with initiative
• CSCS Managers Card
