Security Operative

Overview

In this role you join a dynamic corporate security team in London to protect people, property, and brand using advanced security measures. You will adapt to evolving scenarios, report incidents clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high levels of vigilance. The position involves travel across sites and driving support for travel across Europe, offering growth and meaningful contribution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Protect people, property, and brand using advanced security technology
• Assess situations quickly and act per protocols
• Travel across London to secure multiple sites
• Detect and report suspicious activity and potential vulnerabilities
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professional appearance
• Adapt to changing client needs and evolving security scenarios
• Provide coverage during staff absences or peak demand
• Document significant incidents and observations clearly
• Provide driving support during travel in Europe, ensuring safety and professionalism

Key requirements

• Experience in military, law enforcement, or corporate security (physical protection, emergency response, surveillance, or secure transportation)
• SIA Licence preferred; support available if not licensed
• Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and incident response
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Flexible, solutions-focused mindset with proactivity
• High discretion and professionalism
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work shifts including days and nights
