Overview

In this role you will strengthen the client’s corporate IT infrastructure within a fintech environment, focusing on secure, scalable cloud and on-premises systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support productivity tools, security, and user experience. The position combines hands-on administration with strategic project work like M365 migrations and Windows 11 rollout. This is an opportunity to influence internal IT services in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and administer Microsoft 365 and related services
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell
  • Implement and maintain Zero Trust Endpoint architecture
  • Manage technical project resources
  • Oversee phone systems, video conferencing, and messaging platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage incident escalations (occasional out-of-hours)
  • Interface with stakeholders to ensure high internal customer satisfaction

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate IT infrastructure and modern cloud technology
  • PowerShell
  • Ansible
  • In-depth M365 administration (Security, Compliance, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams)
  • Windows 365 Virtual Desktop
  • Zero Trust endpoint protection technologies (e.g., Zscaler ZIA)
  • Experience with FireEye/Trelix and Google Cloud Platform administration
  • ManageEngine Desktop Central
  • MacOS endpoint management (Intune, JAMF)
  • IIS and certificate management
  • Knowledge of corporate hardware (laptops/desktops, printers, mobile devices)
  • Some Microsoft PowerShell experience
