Overview

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, restructures, and joint ventures
• Provide general corporate advisory services on high‑value transactions
• Lead practice development, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business
• Collaborate with colleagues across banking, commercial, employment, real estate and tax to deliver integrated solutions
• Contribute to growth strategy and long‑term direction of the corporate team
