As a Senior Manager/Associate Director in Controls Advisory, you will lead AI risk and control work for a diverse client portfolio and contribute to building our AI governance capability. You will drive AI governance, risk assessment, and control design across engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and client value. You’ll shape how clients manage AI risks and support business development through your expertise. Responsibilities
- Oversee AI risk and controls work for a portfolio of clients across industries
- Deliver AI governance, risk and controls projects across engagement teams
- Assess AI system risks, design and implement AI controls and guardrails
- Evaluate readiness of control frameworks to meet regulatory obligations and standards
- Communicate engagement issues and findings to senior management and client personnel
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and inclusive culture
- Support development of AI risk capability and contribute to business development and market eminence
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Accounting/Auditing/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
- Postgraduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant area
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional demeanor
- Quantitative skills and relevant experience considered a strong asset
