Overview
In this role, you will lead research and teaching in Engineering Management within DMEM, contributing to a globally recognized department. You will collaborate with industry and academic partners to advance theory-driven, empirically validated work on engineering projects, digitalisation, sustainability, and related management topics. You will help shape curricula for undergrad and postgrad programmes and engage with cross-disciplinary teams to drive impact. The position offers space to grow your research portfolio and influence future engineers and leaders in industry and academia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop research in engineering management and related domains
- Teach and design courses across UG, PGT, and CPD programmes
- Foster industry and academic collaborations and partnerships
- Contribute to programme development and accreditation preparations
- Support and mentor junior staff and researchers
- Engage in knowledge transfer and outreach activities
