Overview

In this role you drive the delivery of transformation transactions for clients, guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring juniors. You’ll work with senior decision makers to shape value-creating strategies across separations, integrations and joint ventures. You’ll also help originate business through pitches and client engagements, contributing to practice development. The opportunity sits within EY-Parthenon’s cross-disciplinary deal management practice, leveraging EY’s global network and AI-enabled tools to deliver tangible client impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery for transformation transactions (separations, integrations, joint ventures)
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary EY teams across geographies
  • Coach and guide junior team members
  • Assist in business origination through pitches and client presentations
  • Advise clients on value-creation strategies and outcomes across sectors
  • Contribute to practice development and team culture initiatives

Key requirements

  • Professional services/consulting with significant client-facing experience
  • Strong analytical skills linking operational analysis to financial statements
  • Experience with transactions (due diligence, carve-out, or integrations)
  • Deep understanding of core operational functions
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior clients and influence key decision makers
  • Track record of successful project delivery with team and vendor management
  • Strong written and verbal communication for high-quality reports and thought leadership
  • Relationship building with senior clients
  • Adaptability and flexibility in uncertain environments
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff
