Product Specialist

Overview

In this role you will provide remote assay performance support for Roche SWA instruments, deliver technical training to customers and colleagues, and document inquiries in line with Quality System regulations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels while supporting regional customers across Europe. An intensive onboarding ensures you’re up to speed and you’ll continue with ongoing training. This is a chance to impact lab operations and patient care from a global leader in diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex analytical and system issues remotely, delivering timely resolutions
• Deliver high-quality product and technical training for customers and internal staff (remote and on-site)
• Manage and document customer inquiries and complaints following Quality System regulations
• Collaborate with Field Teams and Sales Managers to boost customer satisfaction and retention
• Participate in data-driven complaint reviews, trend analyses, and performance metric tracking
• Assist commercial teams during tenders with instrument demonstrations and technical responses
• Attend intensive initial training across European training centers and ongoing periodic trainings

Key requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent scientific field
• Experience in diagnostic industry or clinical hospital laboratory with focus on Clinical Chemistry or Immunology
• Troubleshooting mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Ability to perform remote support and travel for periodic training as required
