Senior AI Product Manager – B2B SaaS (Martech) – Europe

In this Product Manager role, you guide the why, when, and what behind engineering initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, shaping a product strategy aligned with Insider One’s vision. You’ll benchmark market needs, define metrics, and translate customer requirements into clear specifications. Responsibilities

• Define the product rationale (why/when/what) and align with engineering on roadmap and launches
• Lead cross-functional teams from ideation through to market release
• Articulate business value to the product team and stakeholders
• Define release processes and coordinate activities to bring products to market
• Prioritize product items and own the creative process for new ideas
• Monitor market needs, competition, customer requirements and emerging technologies
• Define and analyze metrics to measure feature and product success, and propose improvements
• Contribute to building great products with a collaborative, accountable mindset

Key requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university (Engineering, Business Management, or related field)
• Hands-on experience in Agile product development
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on schedule
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, bias, accuracy)
• Experience with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral
• Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation
• Ability to translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
• Fluency in English and Turkish
