Semiconductor Yield and Integration Engineer

Overview

In this role you will drive the development and integration of advanced process technologies to improve yield in compound semiconductor production. You will collaborate across the Operations team to deliver stable, robust, and high-yield processes while ensuring compliance with licenses to operate. You’ll work with environmental agencies and consultants to align plant operations with regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape manufacturing capability in a cutting-edge sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate new process technologies to improve yield
• Lead yield improvement initiatives across existing production processes
• Interface with all disciplines within Operations to ensure robust, repeatable manufacturing
• Monitor and maintain high-yield, sustainable processes
• Collaborate with environmental agencies and consultants to maintain license compliance

Key requirements

• Experience of working in semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Yield and process integration knowledge
• Understanding of development or production within a quality environment
• Strong communication skills
• Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering/Physics or other relevant degree
• Right to work in the UK
